The product
Caddio.Club is a swing-analysis app. You upload a swing video, we generate a report. Reports are informational — coach-grade feedback, but not a substitute for in-person coaching or medical advice. We don't guarantee score improvement, consistent results, or that any drill will work for your body.
Beta status
We're in closed beta. That means:
- Service may be interrupted without notice.
- Features may change, get added, or get removed.
- Accounts may be reset or migrated before general availability. We'll email you first if it affects your data.
- Pricing shown on /pricing is the planned price; billing is not yet active.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret. If you suspect your account was accessed by someone else, email hello@caddio.club — we'll revoke all active sessions and help you reset.
One account per person. Don't create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
Your content
You own your swing videos. Uploading a swing grants Caddio a non-exclusive license to:
- Run the video through our analysis pipeline.
- Store it in your private vault so you can review it later.
- Surface it back to you in reports and the practice plan.
- Share it with any coach you explicitly send it tovia the “Send to a coach” flow.
We do not train models on your videos unless you opt in. The opt-in lives at Settings → Privacy & vault → Use my swings to improve the model. Off by default. Toggle anytime.
You can delete any swing at any time from History. Once deleted, the video file is purged from Vercel Blob within 24 hours; the analysis row is deleted immediately.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Upload content that isn't yours.
- Upload non-golf videos hoping to test the analysis pipeline. We'll terminate accounts that abuse this.
- Use Caddio output to harass or defame coaches, instructors, or other golfers.
- Scrape the app or attempt to extract our model weights through prompt-injection or other adversarial means.
- Resell or sublicense the service.
Termination
You can close your account anytime via Settings → Danger zone. Cascade-deletes all your data within 30 seconds. Email us if the in-app flow is unavailable.
We may close your accountif you violate the acceptable-use rules above. We'll email you first with at least 7 days' notice unless the violation requires immediate action (e.g., abuse).
Inactive accounts (no sign-in for 12 months) may be closed automatically with 30 days' email notice.
Coach reviews
When you send a swing to a coach, Caddio facilitates the share but doesn't guarantee a response. Coaches set their own pricing (when paid coaching opens) and review timeline.
Coaches are independent — they are not Caddio employees. Caddio is not liable for the content, accuracy, or quality of a coach's review.
Liability
Caddio is provided “as is”during beta. No warranty of accuracy. Don't make material life decisions based on a Caddio report (e.g., quitting your job to go pro). Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid Caddio (currently $0 during closed beta).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute we can't resolve by email goes to California state or federal courts.
Changes
We'll email every registered member at least 30 days before any material change to these terms takes effect. The date at the top of this page changes when the terms change.
